Welcome to the landing page for the Ohio Accreditation Learning Community's Expanded 2-Day Clear Impact Workshop Pilot! It is coordinated by the Public Health Services Council of Ohio (PHSCO) on behalf of the Ohio Public Health Institute (OPHI); the Association of Ohio Health Commissioners (AOHC) serves as their fiscal agent.

This year's workshop will take place over two days - September 17th and 18th- in Bowling Green. Participants can choose to attend one or both days of the workshop, based on their level of experience using Clear Impact. Registration links for Day One and Day Two are located below. We encourage you to register as soon as possible, as space is limited.

Which Training Day Should You Attend?
Day One: Clear Impact Scorecard Foundations
Day One is appropriate for participants who:
  • Are new to Clear Impact or use it infrequently;
  • Have explored Clear Impact but have not independently created and maintained a scorecard;
  • Need step-by-step assistance navigating the software;
  • Have entered data or updated a scorecard only with help from another user;
  • Want to learn how to create, organize, and maintain a scorecard;
  • Need more experience adding measures, data, narratives, strategies, or action steps; or
  • Want to build the foundational skills needed for more advanced Clear Impact applications.
Participants who do not yet use Clear Impact independently and routinely should register for Day One.

Day One: September 17, 2026

Day Two: Advanced Applications Using Compyle and Canva
Day Two is intended for experienced Clear Impact users. Participants should meet all or nearly all of the following criteria:
  • Use Clear Impact regularly as part of their job responsibilities;
  • Independently create, edit, and maintain Clear Impact scorecards;
  • Routinely enter or update measures, data, narratives, strategies, or action steps;
  • Understand how results, programs, measures, and performance information are organized within Clear Impact;
  • Have access to at least one active scorecard they know well;
  • Can troubleshoot routine scorecard issues without step-by-step assistance;
  • Are prepared to apply Compyle or Canva to an existing performance management process, scorecard, or project;
  • Can bring a specific organizational use case, data-collection need, or reporting project to the training.
Participants who are not yet frequent, independent Clear Impact users should attend Day One before participating in advanced training.
